The Challenge
Compose brings together complex data, automated workflows and AI-driven recommendations from across devices, infrastructure, analytics and customer behaviour.
The challenge was to make this complexity understandable and actionable, creating an experience that felt familiar to operational teams without hiding the depth of information they needed to make confident decisions.

The Work
Exploring how complex technical signals can be translated into clear, recognisable workflows and meaningful actions.
This included structuring information around familiar operational patterns, reducing cognitive load, and designing ways for users to move from an identified issue to understanding its context, impact and potential response.
